Young SUV Driver Dies Gruesome Death in Mast Blvd

(Kern, CA) – April 19th, 2016 – 23 year old Tyler De Guide-Richard of Spring Valley who was in an SUV was found pinned beneath a trash company trailer on Mast Boulevard. Investigators revealed that he emerged on the exit ramp of State Route 52 and ran a red light in the process slamming into the right side of passing EDCO trailer.

Immediately after the crash at 5:20 am the freeways were jammed making it difficult for Santee residents to access the freeway. Sandiegouniontribune.com reports that the EDCO open-top trailer was carrying a load of some kind probably for the Sycamore land fill which lay just a block away and was travelling east through the intersections when the accident happened. The rescue crews had a hard time reaching for the driver who was stuck beneath the truck and tragically when they finally reached him he was already dead.

Thankfully there were no passengers in the SUV. Investigators also believe that he was travelling pretty fast when he jumped the light. The crash is being investigated by San Diego police as the Sycamore landfill is in their jurisdiction. Police also revealed that even though Route 52 was blocked, the onlookers who slowed their cars to see the crash caused more traffic problems. The looky-loos were in full effect! Nightcrawler was probably there too! Don’t run a red light!

According to Kern, CA truck accident lawyers, any video footage from the trailer’s dashcam could prove to be valuable evidence in determining liability in an accident claim or personal injury lawsuit.

Motorcyclists Hit Intentionally by Pick-up on Freeway 210 According to CHP

Six people were injured when they were hit by a pick up on Freeway 210 in Irwindale just west of Irwindale Avenue. California Highway Patrol believes that the driver of the truck had deliberately caused the accident by hitting one of the motorcyclists.

Even motorcyclists can be victims of nutty pick-up truck drivers.
According to the report by CHP investigators, the accident involved six motorcycles that were headed west at 65mph in lane 1. A pickup truck from lane 4 crossed over to lane 1 and struck one of the cyclists initiating a chain reaction in which all 6 riders were injured. Two of bikes also collided with a BMW in the carpool side of the lane.

Investigators believe that the truck hit the bikers intentionally. According to reports by latimes.com 6 people were injured. Four of them were taken to hospital where two drivers remain in critical condition while two others sustained minor injuries.

By the time rescue arrived at the scene the truck had vanished. The police have no description of the vehicle or the plates. The truck driver is likely to face hit and run charges in addition to other charges, point out truck accident attorneys in California. The driver and the trucking company may also be liable to pay compensation following an accident claim or personal injury lawsuit.

You can fool man but you cannot fool God. Someone will call in with the truck description soon and/or the license plate and this criminal, this highly selfish and malicious person will be behind bars. They are probably unemployed anyhow and soaking up public resources to live. The truck driver may have been on drugs.
