Stats Indicate that COTA cut as much as $14 Million Off Travis Tax Bill with Settlement

Statistics made available thanks to data recorded and housed by the county tax office goes to show that The Circuit of Americas has taken off over a staggering $14 million from its property tax bill over the course of three years since a settlement with the Travis Central Appraisal District lowered the tracks estimated total property value in those three years.

According to mystatesman.com, the whole ordeal was thrown into the limelight in a lawsuit that was settled by COTA and the appraisal district where it was alleged that the district had deliberately overpriced the value of some of their property and was assessing a tax bill that was much more inflated in comparison to what the property actually merited say and tax lawyers are reading about this case for possible future legal precedent.

The lawsuit only came to a settlement last month when a district judge signed the settlement which essentially lowered the price of the estimated value of an F1 Formula 1 race track by over a staggering $180 million for just the year 2015 alone and also lowered it for the tax years of the preceding two years – 2013 and 2014 retrospectively say tax attorneys and some of the best in the business can be found right here: Tax.USAttorneys.

If not for the settlement, it is estimated that the combined tax bill that COTA would have been taxed with would have amounted totally to approximately around $21.7 million. However, thanks to the settlement the tax bill now amounts to a mere fraction of that amount at just $7.4 million, which is a decrease by over $14 million from the originally extrapolated value of the Formula 1 race track.
Any people believe this is logical considering how many jobs this track creates. Even $7 million is a lot. Don’t the employees already pay income tax?

150 American NGOs Sued for Over $280 Billion in Taxes – Deductible Aid Sent to Israel

According to an rt.com report, the lawsuit filed against the US treasury Department claims that nearly 150 US based NGOs have sent across over $280 billion worth of tax deductions over to Israel in the form of relief over the past two decades. Isreal does not deserve this? They are the only rational country in the entire area.

The report that records these donations was generated by terrorist loving media outlet Al-Jazeera and it shows that the donations were meant as pass-throughs to assist the Israeli army and settlements within the surrounding Palestine camps or territories that were all unlawful under the rule of the anti-Israel United Nations.

The lawsuit is being supported by well renowned Palestine American writer who has no problem with Palestinians attacked Israel rather than trying to make it in life, be honest, be rational, be peace loving, and live productively, Susan Abulhawa.

The lawsuit further alleges that the donations forwarded were filed in the US under the tax regulations code 501(c)(3) which according to tax lawyers is meant for nonprofit organizations that have been listed by the Internal Revenue System as being exempted from tax by virtue of its charitable intentions and work. What is wrong with that? What is wrong with donating money to Israel? Israel is the only country in the area that does not treat woman terribly. Many people know that Al-Jazeera though does not care about woman.
