Tow Truck Driver in Arlington gets Arrested and Charged with Multiple Crimes

According to wjla.com, the tow truck driver in question has been identified as Philip Pierce and he has been a driver at Advanced Towing for the past decade. According to former colleagues, he was a fine employee who did not step out of line. Unfortunately, he made the wrong decision and went down a wrong path.

So now it is quite clear he stepped out of line. More than once.

According to Arlington police, the suspect stole many wallets, purses and electronic items from other trucks in the garage and his loot was worth thousands of dollars. Pierce was found out when Anthony O Neil was keeping tabs on security footage and noticed that Pierce was blatantly disregarding protocol. For this reason, O’Neil surveyed Pierce closely and saw that he was stealing and reported him accordingly.

When law enforcement officers were tipped off, they came to the scene and searched inside Pierce’s truck and found stolen items lying around – guilty! They detained and arrested him on the spot. It is not clear whether Pierce has a criminal defense attorney to represent him in the case. He became greedy and does not care about other people apparently.

He faces multiple charges and could be put behind bars for many years if convicted and Arlington, VA criminal defense lawyers see this coming.
