2015 saw the release of a staggering
90,000 undocumented illegal immigrants back onto the streets of America even
though these people were considered criminal threats and a threat to public
safety, as reported by numberusa.com. This can be attributed to
the Obama administration’s immigration policies in place at the time which only
focused on those illegal criminal aliens that were deemed to be a criminal
threat of a “serious” nature.
Some people believe even that was a
focus considering how politically correct President Obama and his team are. Violent
criminal illegal aliens always have a home though in a California sanctuary city
though.
Jessica Vaughan, Director of Policy
Studies at the Center of Immigration Studies, confirmed that of the 152,393
illegal aliens that ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) officers
encountered in 2015 only 64,116 of them were actually charged and prosecuted.
Nearly 90,000 of them were allowed to freely roam the streets of America and
weren’t even processed for the initiation of their deportation.

Court
Orders Restricts How Long an Illegal Alien can be Held in Detainment
Sarah R Saldana, the Assistant Homeland
Security Secretary, had said in 2015 that the reason so many illegal criminal
aliens were not processed for deportation was because of court orders that were
issued which restricted how long an undocumented immigrant could be held in
detainment facilities. Therefore, they had no other option but to release these
immigrants or they would be in violation of a court order that was the brain
child of the Obama administration say immigration lawyers.
All across the country, law enforcement
officers are trained to inform ICE when an illegal alien that has been charged
with a crime is on the brink of being set free, and ICE usually requests that
they hold the illegal alien in captivity for another 48 hours so they can
process them for deportation or whatever the case may be. Immigration attorneys
know all about this but in cities like politically correct San Francisco – they
have no problem that innocent people are murdered by these psychotic criminal illegal
aliens. Unfortunately and moreover, law enforcement officers cannot hold
illegal aliens any longer than that (or they would be violating court orders) and
therefore are forced to set them free.
Furthermore, when ICE finally gets their
hands on a criminal illegal alien, yet again they are hampered by the Obama
administration’s failed immigration policies and are forced to release them. As
a result, they go right back into the communities that they were dwelling in
and many of them aren’t even processed for deportation.
Litigation
Brought Against the US in Case Involving Flight Death of Deportee Dismissed by
Court
The lawsuit filed by Edelberto Herrera
Alvarea and sought $7 million in damages for the death of his daughter while
she was being deported on a flight to Honduras. As reported by setexasrecord.com, the case has been
dismissed based on a motion that was filed by an immigration lawyer
representing the US where it was claimed that the court lacked jurisdiction on
the subject matter and must hence dismiss it.
