The accident happened near the mile
marker 18 when an SUV rammed into a semi while trying to merge into the right lane
of the highway on which a semi was travelling. The driver of the semi Jr.
Santos was seriously injured while his passenger suffered minor injuries. Both

The police later said that a third car
