EEOC Victory Leads to $125,000 Settlement against Florida Resort

Vacation Resorts International which manages the Four Lauderdale Resort was sued by the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission for allowing its manager to harass a female employee sexually. According to the complaint filed by the former housekeeping staff, the manager repeatedly asked her for sexual favors on a number of occasions, indulged in vulgar exposures, and even molested her several times.

CBS12 has recently found that a number of teachers employed by St Lucie County Public School have face charges due to illicit affairs with underage students. The school conducts a series of checks before employing teachers.
