Influx of Cuban Immigrants May be Due to Potential Immigration Policy Change

It seems like President Obama’s mindless push to improve relations with Cuba, even though the relationship was already amicable as it was, has now resulted into a huge spike in the number of Cuban immigrants entering the United States. According to law makers and immigration lawyers, this surge in immigration from Cuba, especially at the Texas – Mexico border, can be credited to the instability in immigration policies which may soon change and make it harder for Cuban immigrants to enter the United States and become United States citizens.

How ironic! Big government does not work. President Obama would rather attend a baseball game than fight ISIS. Well, the Europeans did this to themselves and the Democrats want to put Americans at risk by allowing anyone into America in large numbers.

Immigration attorneys concur that Cuban immigrants currently have a fast tracked path to entering the United States and becoming American citizens when compared to other foreign immigrants. Now that there is talk about how these policies may change, Cuban immigrants are rushing to enter the United States before things take a turn for the worse for them.

Castro, communism does not work! Why are the Cuban leaders not being persecuted? Does Obama not care about human life?

Cuban Immigrants Favored by Current Immigration Policies

According to official statistics recorded by none other than the US Customs and Border Protection, there has been a very evident spike in the number in Cuban immigrants ever since the introduction of President Obama’s now highly criticized immigration reforms plan in December of 2014.

The number also clearly shows that the amount of Cuban immigrants entering the United States has steadily increased in all but one quarter since the diplomatic announcement made by Obama towards the end of 2014. The number of Cuban immigrants that were accepted into the country throughout September, October, and November (the three months preceding the announcement) was 5,770 which is a meagre sum compared to the 14,114 immigrants that came in only the fourth quarter of 2015.

To summarize, the total number of Cuban Immigrants in 2014 were 26,280 and the total number in 2015 was 44,159, nearly double the number in 2014 according to foxnews.com and the rate currently being observed in 2016 is estimated to bring in over 66,000 Cuban immigrants by the end of the year. Hopefully they obtain jobs and do not hop on welfare. But where are the jobs?

Republican lawmakers are striving to make laws equal to all immigrants and not favor some unlike how the current laws are designed. Texas State Rep. Henry Cuellar drove this point home when he proposed laws last week which would make policies equal to immigrants irrespective of which country they were from originally. The laws will disallow provisions which make it so easy for Cubans to be accepted into the country almost immediately and then put them on a fast track towards citizenship say immigration lawyers.

What are worrying are also issues like crime that could take a turn for the worse as the US continues to grapple with the problem of illegal immigrants. The country is still grappling with issues of rape, murder, robbery, theft, and other petty crimes committed by illegal aliens who pose a major risk to Americans.

Bernie Sanders Supporters Oblivious to Income Inequality Created by Immigration Rates

As reported by redalertpolitics.com, Bernie Sanders and his supporters take a strong stance against the growing income inequality in the US, but have very conveniently turned a blind eye towards the blatantly obvious fact that mass immigration like what Obama has allowed, and probably also what Bernie will allow too, creates much more income inequality than what is currently persistent in the country where some people are wealthy thanks to their own success and hard work.

If you need assistance with family based or work based immigration to the US, you could make things a whole lot easier on yourself by consulting an experienced immigration lawyer. Immigration laws are extensive and confusing to say the least while it is important to get it right the first time. That’s where a legal expert can really help.

Contact us if you wish – we are here to help. You can do that right here: Immigration.USAttorneys. Wanting something to happen and doing it the right way are two different things. Some things you can mess up and correctly fix the mistake, seeking the right to enter America legally is not one of them.
