House Republicans have expressed their
support in favor of filing a lawsuit against the Obama administration for having
overstepped his political powers and putting into effect executive immigration
actions that were unauthorized say American immigration lawyers.
Due to such mindless actions, the number
of illegal, undocumented immigrants in America has increased even more while
hardworking, underpaid, everyday Americans are finding it harder and harder to
get employment for decent and fair pay, as reported by rt.com.
They do not even speak
English at fast food restaurants anymore.
The House unanimously took a vote
resulting in a 234 against 186 in favor of lawsuit or legal action against the
Obama administration. Of course when someone can take such unauthorized
measures and make the lives of millions of Americans even more difficult that
what it already is, they should be punished and this is exactly what the
purpose of the lawsuit is says immigration attorneys who are currently drafting
the lawsuit and getting prepared to file it in federal court.
This filing will technically be a friend
of the court brief in the original lawsuit brought by the State of Texas and 25
other states which alleges that the President and his administration were
acting outside the scope of their authority when they passed such executive
immigration actions.
Speaker Ryan confirmed in a verbal
statement that immigration reform or any amendment being made to existing
immigration policies should, by the letter of the law, go through the approval
of congress. In this case, the Obama administration were least bothered about
due legal process and the integrity of the constitution when they did as they
wished in serious matters of illegal immigration.
Does the Obama administration want to
lower the 15% or very
high unemployment rate for Americans?
If you want to join the American fabric,
you can do that. There is a legal process though. You can find the legal help

Some
Republicans not in Favor of Litigation
Even though the House majority agrees
that the Obama administration needs to be held liable for what they have done,
there are still a few Republicans, 6 to be precise, that did not support the
friend of court brief. These republicans voted with the democrats against the
brief.
The lawsuit is scheduled to be heard in
the Supreme Court in April and ruling can be expected sometime in June say
expert immigration lawyers.
Lawsuit
Filed Against Immigration Authorities for Rejecting Applications of Abused
Children
A federal class action lawsuit has been
filed against officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) alleging
that they were wrong in turning down immigration applications of abused, minor
children in Austin, Texas. The defendants
in the lawsuit are Department of Homeland Security, Jeh Johnson,
Leon Rodriguez, and Mario R. Ortiz – people who do not care that Americans are
underworked, America is trillions of dollars in debt, and do not care that is
not America’s problem to take care of the world even though the US military pretty
much already does.
As reported by allgov.com, the lawsuit alleges that these
were exceptional special immigrant juvenile applications which should be
subjected to a special process accordingly. However, they were flat out denied.
They were probably denied since ICE is too busy dealing with all the criminal
illegal aliens causing problems all over America.

organization that is representing the innumerable plaintiff’s in case.
