Federal Deportation Raids are Finally Occurring

Gangs of immigrant right activists gathered on the streets of New Jersey and protested through the weekend to bring an end to deportation efforts being made by the federal government because they do not see the big picture. They do not know that America is in debt, that a process must be followed, that America has enough unskilled workers, that if you do not know English in America you have a tough time making it, and so on.

America has a Serious Illegal Immigrant Problem

The federal government is actually doing what they should have done years ago. Now if they would just build that wall along the southern border issues like this would really not have to occur. It is pretty hard to carry a 20 foot ladder across the desert and it would certainly put an end to the porous border reality.

The raids might not have gone exactly as planned by the activists as one of the protestors, a 21-year old undocumented worker from New Brunswick, was detained, as reported by latinpost.com. Now he can protest back in his actual home country.

America is Long Overdue in this Action

In just the last month, the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, also known as ICE, have taken custody of as many as 121 undocumented workers who were predominantly females or children and this has almost enraged Hispanic communities across the country who have no problem with illegal immigrants driving cars around America even though they do not know English and signing up for welfare even though they do not deserve it. They have now begun protesting claiming that Mexican and South American families are being unfairly targeted by immigration enforcement officers.

Many other actual Americans do not believe they are being unfairly targeted since Latinos have the highest numbers in the illegal department and the highest numbers on public welfare even though they do not pay an income tax. They should not even have an income according to many Americans.

The protest over the weekend is said to have involved over 60 people that all met up in New Brunswick and protested demanding that German Nieto-Cruz be set free. Cruz was apprehended by immigration officers on January the 5th in an early morning raid which was organized by ICE. Immigration attorneys are reading about this for sure.

The Cruz family claims that German Nieto-Cruz was taken into custody unlawfully and unconstitutionally after officers broke into their home without a valid search warrant issued by a judge. The family may look into getting their immigration lawyer to pursue legal action against the state for this alleged violation of their constitutional right. Some people believe the family should be fined for harboring an illegal alien. ICE officers supposedly accused German Nieto-Cruz of being a gang member when they arrested him which many Latino male youth become involved with while hurting honest and hardworking Americans.

The Cruz family further accuses immigration officers of using unnecessary physical force against them despite the fact that they supposedly cooperated with them. Anel Nieto, German’s niece, remarked that she began crying when the immigration enforcement personnel broke into their house and took German into custody because she has no idea the damage illegal immigrants are causing America. Many people believe it is not just illegal aliens that cause problems in society, even Americans who do not have the skills to pay their own way nor understand English hurt America.

Allegedly, they told Anel and her father to get onto the ground and when her father lifted his head up just a little bit to tell Anel not to cry, they stepped on his neck and yelled at him to stay down. This is because these officers have been kicked, shot at, stabbed, and assaulted by illegal immigrant families.

The Cruz family’s immigration lawyer commented that German Nieto-Cruz was not in the country illegally. He holds a valid work permit, has no criminal history or background, has graduated from a New Jersey High School and now works at a tire shop in the area. But is this really true? There was no reason to detain him whatsoever and the family feels like they been discriminated against and treated unjustly.

America is Loaded with too many Unskilled Laborers

Ellen Whit, one of the main protest organizers who has no problem with people in America driving a car when they do not know English, no problem that America is $19 trillion in debt, and does not understand America has too much unskilled labor, said that the immigration activists are aware that the on-going raids are against them. They also demand that German Nieto-Cruz be set free immediately.

If you or someone you know is facing immigration issues in the US or need to upgrade your immigration status, the best course of action would be to consult an immigration lawyer as soon as possible if you want to be a productive member of society. Your legal representative will help you navigate through the complex legal process and ensure that every step you take is legal so that you avoid any controversies.
