Two separate, unrelated rollover
accidents recently occurred on Highway 65 just a few miles apart from each

The first accident resulted in the death
of one man after a dump truck had a tire blowout on Highway 65 around 7 miles
north of Springfield. The truck was heading in a southerly direction on Highway
65 when one of its tires blew out causing the driver to lose control of the

The driver has been identified as 40

The accident involved a dump truck and another vehicle. The dump truck driver
was conscious, but injured and was transported to a medical facility for

The driver of the other vehicle, a
pickup truck, is said to have died at the scene of the auto accident.
