Peculiar Houston Divorce Case Turns even Weirder after Lawyer Murdered

Lawyers who are representing a Pakistani man in a high profile Houston divorce case say they suspect that the man's estranged wife's family may have master minded the murder of a witness who was scheduled to testify in the case next week, as reported by houstonpress.com.

Not all arranged marriages work out either.
According to the legal pros representing Mohammed Ali Choudri, an attorney named Fahad Malik was shot and killed while in his car in Islamabad because he was about to testify that Choudri's wife Hira Azhar was already married to another man when she got married to Chourdhri back in 2008.

The legal representative who was killed was representing the supposed first husband of Azhar who himself has been hiding since receiving death threats from Azhar's relatives, which puts a whole new perspective on the case acclaim San Antonio, TX divorce lawyers closely following the proceedings. These types of lawyers can be found using this golden website Divorce.USAttorneys.com. This case is completed; this website is not!

Hira Azhar apparently does not believe in the Ten Commandments: though shall not kill.

Azhar was already married to another man alleges Choudri's lawyers

Choudri is reportedly a wealthy real estate mogul who married Hira Azhar in Pakistan when she was 18 and he was 28. This is when he flew back to Houston. Azhar also moved to Houston in 2010. However, Choudri performed the religious ritual of Triple Talaq (religious divorce) when Azhar flew to Pakistan to visit family.

Later on, Choudri filed for a legal divorce in Pakistan. Azhar and her divorce lawyers also filed their own divorce petition, but in Boston. Wow! San Antonio, TX divorce lawyers are confused with all of this like everyone else is.

According to the petition filed by Azhar, Choudri was a very weird man who not only lived with his parents, but slept in between them instead of sleeping with his wife. That is very strange indeed. Amazing his parents allow that.

The petition further accuses Choudri of physical violence, and also of treating Azhar like a servant. Choudri wants legal jurisdiction in Pakistan while Azhar wants the case to proceed in Houston courts, which may be granted with the court’s approval say Texas divorce attorneys.

Choudri's legal team have now alleged that they have found evidence in the form a marriage license which shows that Azhar had married another man only six months prior to having married Choudri. Azhar claims that these allegations are fabricated and her legal pros argue that the marriage license is fake and was made solely to frame Azhar. Why would Choudri want to prove Azhar was married to someone else before she married him? Strange.

The now deceased Fahad Malik was scheduled to testify in court that Azhar was indeed married to his client. Faisal Malik himself was set to testify against Azhar, but went into hiding after men with guns barged into his house and threatened to kill him.

Supposedly, Hira Azhar's uncle had ties to gangsters which he used to threaten Faisal Malik and eventually murder his attorney before he could go out in court and testify against Hira Azhar.

Furthermore, divorce lawyers representing Choudri also claim that the gangsters tried to bribe Faisal Malik and offered him $300,000 in order to either testify that he was never married to Hira Azhar or just disappear and never testify at all. Wow! Not a bad deal!

Perhaps he should have taken the money! Even if it was in Pakistani currency.
