Sergeant Marie Hobbs of Virginia Beach
PD received a DUI charge when she was booked by the police after she crashed
her car. Toxicology reports revealed that her BAC was twice the permitted
limit. Moreover according to the Sheriff’s office the vehicle that she had hit
had children in it. The site of the crash was Dam Neck Training Center in
Virginia Beach.
As reported by 13newsnow.com, Hobbs is a veteran officer
who has served the police department for 17 years. Recently she was assigned to
the investigative division. However, as a disciplinary measure for her latest
transgression, Hobbs had been reassigned to an administrative post. She will
remain there as long as the outcome of the criminal and administrative
investigations into her actions does not become clear and has been listed as
‘not bondable’. Glen Allen, VA DUI lawyers know that for a BAC of .15 to .20% a
driver is likely to face a five-day jail term along with license suspension and
fines.
How does someone drive drunk with their
own kids in the same car?! That is like not sending more protection to an
embassy when you are the secretary of state and your ambassador is pleading for
more help and then you delete those emails that are on your own computer. Uh
oh!

They do not have the knowledge to go to a website, at least on purpose. If you

battery of punishments that include fines, suspension of driving privileges,
and jail time. The offense is a felony if someone is injured or killed in the
accident.
