Kim Kardashian Sued in Personal Injury Lawsuit

On the 11th of March 2014 Kim Kardashian struck a vehicle near Benedict Canyon on Sunset Blvd in Beverly Hills. The driver of the other vehicle and Kardashian sorted things out among themselves and parted on cordial terms. No ticker was issued then. However, the driver of the other vehicle Rafael Antonio Linares has recently filed a lawsuit against the reality TV star claiming that he was injured in the car accident, as reported by inquisitor.com.

Are you really hurt Linares or do you just want some attention and money? Of course Kim Kardashian gained stardom in an unethical manner so her character is flawed.

According to reports and New York drunk driving accident lawyers Kim Kardashian’s Mercedes G-Wagon collided with the vehicle as she was turning left in an intersection. If Gossip Cop is to be believed the vehicle ignored his own right turn signal and instead drove straight through the intersection where they collided. So Kardashian thought Linares was turning right since his right turn signal was on. So what is the truth Linares? Do you know how to drive? It seems she can sue you!

Linares claims that he is suffering from personal injuries that have caused him discomfort, pain, and disability. He also alleges that due to Kardashian’s ‘negligent driving’ he is ‘deprived of earnings’. He claims he was ‘gainfully employed’ before the accident. The lawsuit does not mention how much compensation Linares seeks but instead says that he is likely to seek damages for past and future medical bills, loss of income, cost of litigation etc., which is common in a car accident compensation claim say New York drunk driving accident lawyers and there is none better in this arena than Antin, Ehrlich, & Epstein, L.L.P. Driver sentenced to 12 years for a cop death in DWI accident

James Ryan was driving his Toyota on the Long Island Expressway in an inebriated condition when he collided with a BMW. He however continued for about a mile when another car struck him. Officer James Olivier who responded to the accidents caused by Ryan was talking with him when a third vehicle, an SUV, struck Ryan’s Toyota and gravely injured Olivier who was standing outside his vehicle killing him. On the night of the DUI accident his BAC was .13 percent, according to a nypost.com report.

Not good Ryan!

29 year old James Ryan received a 12 year imprisonment sentence for a DWI-related death even though he was not directly responsible for the death of the cop but he was in a way though right? He has to serve a minimum a of 5 years in jail. He faced a series of charges included aggravated vehicular homicide, drunken driving, reckless endangerment, and vehicular manslaughter. The judge acquitted him of the aggravated vehicular homicide which was most serious of all charges much to drunk driving accident attorneys in New York, NY’s interest and the best law firm in this city is Antin, Ehrlich, & Epstein, L.L.P. who work hard for their clients and know how to build a strong case.

Ryan’s defense legal professional said that he will appeal against the conviction and try to get a stay order. Good luck with that! His actions led to someone’s death!

Ryan has apologized to the family of the deceased officer in an emotional statement saying that he is extremely sorry for the officer’s demise. He also said that he believed that the officer was great man and he deeply regrets his death. That is fine but you still need to put in some time. No stay!

This is not an unprecedented verdict as New York drunk driving accident lawyers proclaim and there is not a better law firm in New York than Antin, Ehrlich, & Epstein, L.L.P. who have won thousands and thousands of dollars for past clients. Furthermore, in 1994 an officer chasing a person during a robbery investigation died when he fell through a skylight. The man whom the officer pursued was later convicted of murder for the death of the officer. Well, seems like a rational conclusion.
