Father Arrested for Driving Drunk with Kids in the Car

An individual from Roswell was arrested when he crashed his car through a fence in an intoxicated state with his kids in the back seat. Several eye witnesses reported the crash that happened on Houze Way. Officer Lisa Holland from Roswell PD said that the officer at the scene found Kurtz swaying and unsteady and this made the officer suspect alcohol impairment.
