Ohio to Bring Back Death Penalty

After nearly 36 months of legal battle over whether or not lethal injections and the death sentence should be allowed in the state of Ohio, it looks like the death sentence is coming back and the lethal injections will resume for those convicted and sentenced to death, as reported by 10tv.com.

Some people believe that lethal injection should not be used since it is not 100%. What is 100% is two shots to the chest with a large handgun and this device could be built and even decapitation. There are many horrendous people out there and not enough is being done about it.

Executions will tentatively resume again in January say criminal defense lawyers in Cleveland, OH and the best in this domain are Ziccarelli & Martello who know how to attack the other side in ways they cannot see coming and Ziccarelli & Martello know which direction a legal case should go.

However, not everyone is in favor of the decision; some people just ignore the victims and believe it is their duty to defend monsters. In fact, among those who are opposing it is a man who actually wrote the law himself and another man who was wrongfully convicted and sentenced to death a long time ago.

First, anyone can write the law and since an innocent man was convicted and sentenced to death means the law was not written very well.

The only people that should be sentenced to death are the ones who are overwhelmingly guilty such as the Boston Bombing terrorist who survived, Dzhokhar Anzorovich "Jahar" Tsarnaev. He should have been executed within three week of his conviction according to many people who believe why even keep these people on this planet breathing?

If you need a criminal defense lawyer in Cleveland, OH then you need Ziccarelli & Martello on your side. They know how to exploit weaknesses in the prosecution's case and they do it very well. Call them today! Help them help you.
They are not people!

Sitting 20 Years in Death Row

It was back in 1988 on September the 26th when Joe D'Ambrosio was arrested for something he didn't do: murder! Ambrosio said he was accused of the most heinous crime one could commit even though he had not done it. The prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and the jury simply did not believe him and he was handed a death sentence for his supposed crime.

Criminal defense lawyers in Cleveland are very concerned about situations like this.

D'Ambrosio says that every day he was in his cell room hoping and praying that someone would come in, say they got the wrong guy, and let him free. Sadly, it took 20 long years before someone actually considered that he may have been speaking the truth. D'Ambrosio sat in Ohio's death Row for two decades when finally Father Neil Kookoothe met D'Ambrosio through a prison ministry.

At first, just like anyone else, he discarded D'Ambrosio's pleas without a second thought, but D'Ambrosio persisted and Kookoothe, who holds a law degree, actually looked at his file and what he figured out left him completely shocked. D'Ambrosio was not making this up, he was actually innocent. Kookoothe was then able to find loopholes and gaps in the evidence which he was able to bring up and show that D'Ambrosio was innocent.

Currently, D'Ambrosio is grateful for his freedom, but Kookoothe and Paul Pfeifer who actually wrote the legislation himself believes that the death sentence should be abolished. What should be abolished is the law that Pfeifer wrote and it should be replaced with a law that does not allow something like this to happen which is not that hard. Only monsters or people should convicted if there is overwhelming evidence such as video footage, eyewitnesses, DNA, fingerprints, and so on. The evidence has to be overwhelming such as that in the Boston Bombing terrorist act.

Ohio criminal defense attorneys point out that there have been no executions in Ohio since January 2014, but one is scheduled for January 12th, 2017. Ronald Phillips is next on the execution list, a man convicted of rape and murder. His victim? A three year old girl.

Woman Accused of Faking Stabbing in Order to Collect Compensation as a Victim

According to a 10tv.com report, 39 year old Nichole Childers has been accused of supposedly stabbing herself and faking a crime so that she can collect victim of crime funds say criminal defense legal representatives who are investigating the case. According to prosecutors, this might just be one of the most peculiar acts they have ever come across. This is nowhere near as fraudulent as what Barney Frank did to America via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac but it is pitiful nonetheless.
