A motorist from Punta Gorda was killed
in fatal car crash which occurred earlier this week in Charlotte County, as
reported by heraldtribune.com. Accident lawyers from Sarasota, FL are
scrutinizing this case and there is none better than Probinsky & Associates
(www.probinskylaw.com/) since they
know which legal avenues to take when to take them.
According to police reports pertaining
to the car accident, the man lost control of the wheel and his car veered into
a waste management truck at a substantial speed. The Florida Highway Patrol was
the first to reach the car accident site. They declared 32 year old William
Frederick from Punta Gorda dead on the scene.
Investigators said that that the road
was wet from recent rainfall in the area. They believe that Frederick drove
onto a patch of standing water which had collected which caused the car to
hydroplane, following which the victim lost control of the wheel and helplessly
skidded into a waste management truck.
The truck was travelling in a southerly
direction and was operated by 59 year old Paulina Ortega who is a resident of
Lehigh Acres in Florida, as per police reports. The passenger in the truck has
been identified as 45 year Carlos Galvez. Both suffered minor injuries and were
able to walk away from the car accident.
No criminal charges have been filed in
the case. Evidence collected and the investigation reports will help establish
liability, if any, and in an accident insurance claim or wrongful death lawsuit, say accident lawyers from
Sarasota, FL.
Multi
Car Crash Involving Six Vehicles Brings I - 295 to a Halt
Interstate 295 had to be cordoned off
from the public following a major traffic auto accident involving as many as
six motor vehicles, according to firstcoastnews.com.
As per reports compiled by the Florida
Highway Patrol, of the six vehicles, two were large trucks. One of the trucks
was hauling 28,000 gallons of fuel as its payload and all of this fuel had to
be pumped out before the truck could be removed from the auto accident site at
Wilson Blvd. The fuel leak had the Hazardous Materials Crew responding to the
emergency to safely treat the auto accident site and remove the debris and to
make sure the area was safe.
At least four people hurt in the auto accident
were transported to nearby local medical facilities. Investigators confirmed
that the nature of their injuries were serious, but not life threatening.
Accident attorneys in Florida point out that based on evidence collected the
victim’s may be eligible to file a personal injury lawsuit with Probinsky & Associates.
Accident
in World Golf Village Claims Teenager’s Life
An 18 year old Ponte Verda Beach teen
identified as Griffin Moody lost his life in a car accident earlier this week
which occurred in the proximity of World Golf Village, as reported by Jacksonville.com.
The driver of the car in which Moody was
a passenger was an 18 year old girl who slowed down to make a left turn.
Another car coming from the opposite lane failed to see the vehicle attempting
to turn left and crashed into its right side. Looks like the female driver
perhaps turned too soon.
