Tooele County, Utah auto accident lawyers know some teenagers do not pay attention that well when driving. |
However, the girl was not declared dead
at the scene of the car accident. In fact Utah Highway Patrol had not even
reported any fatalities, but the victim’s grandfather has now confirmed that
she did pass away. The deceased has been identified as 16 year old Sydney
Naylor.
Naylor had only just finished her
sophomore year and was studying at Tooele High School according to her family.
The police report indicates that the
crash took place at 10:30 pm when a Volkswagen Jetta in which the teens were
travelling drifted off the side of the road at a high speed. The car was headed

known and the car accident remains under investigation. Tooele County auto accident
lawyers point out that any video footage and the investigation report will play
a vital role in establishing liability and any compensation claim for
the accident.

Year Old Boy Dies in Accident after Being Ejected from Moving Vehicle
An accident that occurred earlier this
week in Box Elder County, Utah has claimed the life of a 7 year old boy who was
thrown out of the car he was seated, according to kutv.com. Eye witness statements suggest
that the boy was on his feet and flagged down help at the scene of the car
accident before he collapsed and died. The single car wreck that occurred north
of Trementon, Utah, near Howell was possibly caused by driver fatigue.
The deceased has been identified as Joey
Gazra from San Juan, Texas. He was accompanied by his grandparents and sister
and they were all on their way to Washington for the summer to visit the
children’s father.
Emergency medical technicians responded
to the auto crash and attempted to perform CPR on the boy but they were unable
revive him. Preliminary investigations reveal that the boy was not restrained
by a seat belt, which could potentially have saved his life. In the opinion of auto
accident attorneys in Utah, this is one of the major reasons for many
fatalities.
