Supreme Court Deadlocked in Vote Regarding Obama’s Immigration Schemes

The Supreme Court on Thursday had divided opinions and deadlocked on Obama’s immigration plan to assist over millions of illegal aliens living in America. It would have been 5-4 against this American damaging immigration plan if Antonin Scalia was still alive though.

Patriotic Supreme Court Vote Leaves Illegal Immigrants Exposed

The Supreme Court deadlock which occurred on Thursday last week means that illegal immigrants residing in the United States in an undocumented immigration status will now be at a higher risk of deportation and even fraud, say immigration lawyers in New York.

Most Americans know that illegal immigrants take jobs away from Americans as well.

As reported by consumerist.com, if the vote had passed in favor of Obama’s constitution defying executive immigration actions, literally millions of illegal aliens would have been allowed to continue living in the United States even though they cut to the front of the line and millions more would have come across the border knowing America is all about giving away free goodies.

However, it must not be mistaken that this is the end of Obama’s push for reformed immigration policies. The vote does not exclusively reject the proposal but instead only means that a decision cannot be made right at this time since the Supreme Court is equally divided on the issue since a wonderful American in Antonin Scalia has passed away. He knew how to make America great and rewarding cheaters is now how it is done.

This is not wonderful news for illegal immigrants because it basically provides fraudsters a means by which they can exploit certain immigrants that are unsure of their current immigration status.

Included in Obama’s administrative actions was a program called DAPA which is basically Deferred Actions for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents and also DACA which stands for Deferred Actions for Child Arrivals.
