A Sussex firefighter found himself on
the wrong side of the law after operating a fire truck while under the influence
of alcohol. 47 year old Thomas Gerstner was immediately suspended from the
force after he was arrested and accused of driving drunk. He reportedly hit a
parked car with his fire truck.

leave.
Although deputies from the Waukesha
County Sheriff's Office responded to the accident, they in turn had the State
