People are deported from the United

apply for a green card or a visa, then he or she may be given a waiver and
allowed back in before the stipulated amount of time for which they originally
had to stay out.

being deported or if you have already been deported and want to re-enter into
the United States, your best bet would be to appoint an immigration lawyer as
soon as time permits and work with them to achieve the best possible outcome

How
long after a deportation will a deportee remain inadmissible into the United
