Rollover Accident in Fargo Kills Driver

A motorist from Grand Forks lost his life after the pickup truck he was operating was involved in a roll-over auto accident in Fargo over the weekend. The car accident occurred in the 2100 block of County Road 81 in the northern parts of Fargo. Grand Forks, ND accident lawyers are trying ascertain what happened.

As reported by grandforksherald.com, the truck overturned and ended up half submerged in a pool of water which had accumulated in a ditch.

The deceased has been identified by as 18 year old Damber Chauhan. He was rushed to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo by responding medical emergency technicians. His injuries and medical condition were unknown at the time, but he is said to have passed away shortly after being admitted into the hospital.

Another passenger was identified unresponsive in the front passenger seat and was also transported to the hospital. His current medical condition is unknown. He has been identified as 25 year old KunalTamang. Another passenger of the truck was able to walk away from the crash unscathed.

This second passenger was unidentified. The car accident is still under investigation and an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of the auto death. Semi-Trailer Crashes, Rolls Over, and Spills Diesel on I-29 near Manvel

A semi-tractor trailer transporting diesel was recently involved in a rollover accident on Interstate 29, as reported by Grand Forks Herald. As a result, 300 gallons of diesel were spilled all along the interstate in the proximity of Manvel.

According to law enforcement officers who responded to the crash, the driver of the semi was a 45 year old man who for some reason lost control of the semi as it went off the right shoulder on the interstate and onto a ditch on the east. The driver who is yet to be identified was transported to a nearby medical facility treatment. His extent and severity of his injuries are unknown.
