60 year old Timothy Twitty, a nursing
home worker at Courtyard at Seasons in Sycamore Township on Dearwester Dr. in Cincinnati,
Ohio, has been arrested and charged with rape, as reported by wlwt.com. However, the defendant now claims
that he and the victim were having a love affair.
Incidentally, the victim is a 66 year
old woman who suffers from a condition known as aphasia.

out that the defendant admitted that he had sex with the woman thrice a week

Seasons, Nick Carson, said that the nursing facility did not tolerate such
conduct and had implemented a strict code of conduct for employees. Carson also
claimed that Twitty was immediately suspended while the police were also
notified of the incident.
