What constitutes police misconduct?

In rare cases the people who are entrusted to protect the public are the ones that bring harm to the public. Have you seen the Rodney King beating or the man in New York trying to make a living in an American made recession because of high taxes and regulations by trying to sell cigarettes when he was choked? The only reason he could sell cigarettes for a profit was because of the high taxes imposed on cigarettes!

Police Brutality is not a Victimless Crime

What exactly is police misconduct?

Technically, a law enforcement officer that violates federal or state law or the policies of his department is said to have engaged in police misconduct. Make no mistake that police misconduct is a crime and it too is punishable to the full extent of the law.
