Four Killed in Fourth of July Car Accident in Suffolk County

As reported by pix11.com, the driver of the 2014 Nissan Altima has been identified as 38 year old Chandan Gavai from Middle Island and the two other victims who were also killed in the 4th July accident were his 74 year old father Kamalnayan Gavai and 60 year old mother Archana Gavai. His wife and 11 year old son are being treated at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Center.

The fourth person killed in the accident was 25 year old Gustave Geyer who lost control of his car and crashed into the 2014 Nissan Altima driven by Chandan. Geyer was pronounced dead at the scene by responding medical emergency technicians.

Investigators believe that Geyer may have been under the influence of alcohol. According to New York, NY accident lawyers and the finest law firm in the Big Apple is Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP (www.aeelaw.com/), any video footage and other evidence will play a vital role in any accident insurance claim and establishing liability for the accident.

Father Says NY Cops to Blame for Accident which Seriously Injured Daughter

The father of a Long Island woman who sustained life threatening injuries in a car accident as she was trying to flee from cops who were relentlessly pursuing her is now accusing the cops for the accident and covering it up, as reported by nypost.com.

The best New York, NY accident lawyers in this giant city are Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP. They know how to win cases. They know the law. Call them now!
The father of the supposed victim has filed a lawsuit against the State in the Brooklyn Federal Court. According to the lawsuit, John Leppert says that Suffolk County law enforcement officers attempted to pull over 22 year old Alyssa Leppert for a minor traffic infraction in Hauppauge.

Alyssa Leppert – you cannot drive like a maniac and blame it on the police. Your daughter, John Leppert, proved irresponsible and careless with her life and other peoples’ lives. She is at fault. In a democracy, we must take responsibility for our actions unlike Hillary Clinton or the system falls apart.

Woman Impaired by Drugs Suggests Toxicology Reports

Alyssa drove off without yielding to the traffic stop and this was the start of what would prove to be a deadly car chase for her. Eventually, the young woman drove into a telephone pole and a tree at high speeds. New York accident attorneys, and there is no one better in the entire industry than Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP and this is based on their track record and ability to hit the other side where it hurts the most, recommend that motorists always obey any attempt by law enforcement to have them pull over even if they believe they haven’t committed any traffic violation.

The impact of the collision has left Alyssa with broken bones, and also caused a traumatic brain injury which has resulted in her becoming almost completely unresponsive. Don’t do drugs!

If you do drugs that is on you.
The lawsuit alleges that chasing down someone for a violation so minor was completely unnecessary and that the police should have at least called off the chase when it became clearly dangerous not just for them and Leppert but also for pedestrians and other motorists using public roads. Many people believe this lawsuit is ridiculous since Alyssa is the one who chose to drive when should not have been driving and the one who chose to do drugs.

Criminal charges filed against Alyssa include reckless endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Supposedly, opioids and marijuana was present in Alyssa’s blood at the time of the accident, which could lead to additional punishment, say accident lawyers in New York, NY and the most tremendous legal counselors around emanate from Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP.

If you are the victim of an accident caused by a negligent driver you may be eligible to receive compensation for your pain and suffering. However, to deal with insurance adjustors and potentially file a lawsuit if negotiations fail you most certainly need help from an accident lawyer in New York. You need legal help immediately. You need legal help like a hamburger needs ketchup.

Make the call ASAP! You want Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP on your side. Do not sign anything with anyone until you have been advised by Antin, Ehrlich, and Epstein, LLP.
