63 year old Peggy S. Ford of Bluffton
has been charged with a DUI after she caused a fatal crash in Amherst County,

Minivan Passenger Killed in Norfolk

The life of 23 year old Nancy Kelly of
Maryland was abruptly taken away in an accident caused by a drunk driver in
Norfolk. Kelly, a medical student at Eastern Virginia Medical School, was a passenger
in the front seat of a minivan that was struck by an SUV driven by Thomas
Walters of Virginia Beach. As reported by 13newsnow.com, the SUV rear-ended the
minivan which was stationary at a traffic stop at the intersection of East
Princess Anne Road and Sewells Point Road.
The minivan in turn collided with a car.
