More light has been shed on the fatal

Sheriff of Bibb County, David Davis
clarified why Wade wasn’t arrested on the same night of the accident since she
was suspected on driving drunk. The unfortunate accident occurred as Wade drove
her 2009 BMW 325i out of the parking lot at 621 Foster Road in the odd hours of
the morning on Dec. 22nd.
The vehicle allegedly got stuck in the
mud after Wade lost control and struck a tree. Nixon, who was a passenger in
