An adult man has lost his life and a one
year old minor has been sent to the hospital after being involved in an
all-terrain vehicle accident in Tuscaloosa County. According to wtvm.com, the
accident between the ATV and a truck occurred earlier in the week in Coker near
the intersection between Westwood school road and Highway 82.
The man that lost his life in the
accident is 26 year old Daniel Riley Guin who succumbed to his injuries. Guin
was rushed to DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa by emergency medical
technicians, but died shortly after he was admitted into the hospital.
The injured one year old was riding
pillion on the all-terrain vehicle and was airlifted to Children’s of Alabama.
The other vehicle involved in the crash
has been described in police reports as a 2014 GMC Sierra which was being
operated by Joseph Ryan Martinez, a 26 year old from Gordo. Truck accident

Year Old Jacksonville Man Killed in a 3-Vehicle Crash near Anniston
An accident involving three vehicles
resulted in the death of a 30 year old man from Jacksonville after the Ford
Mustang which he was operating crashed head on with a dump truck on Bynum
Leatherwood Road. The dump truck driver also sustained injuries and is
currently being treated in Northeast Alabama Medical Center for non-life
threatening injuries, as reported by ABC.

The other vehicle involved was a pickup
truck whose driver served hard in order to avoid crashing into the pile up and
ended up toppling his truck. He was rushed to a nearby hospital by emergency
medical technicians who responded to the accident.

injuries sustained by the pickup truck driver is not clear at this time.

critical condition after she was involved in a head-on collision with a truck
in which two other people were killed. According to cullmantimes.com the accident occurred in
Berlin over the weekend.
The woman who is in serious condition
has been identified as Kimberly Mason. Mason was airlifted to Huntsville
Hospital for treatment. Mason was an occupant in a KIA Sports Utility Vehicle
which crashed head on into a Ford pickup truck head on. The driver of the KIA,
identified as 38 year old Michael Thomas, was killed at the scene. The other
person that died in the accident was the driver of the Ford F-150 pick-up
truck, 81 year old Jackie Duke.
