A woman identified by local law
enforcement officers as 24 year old Jessica Lauren Bowen succumbed to injuries sustained
in a car accident which occurred midweek in Arbutus during the morning hours.
The accident site has been described by local law enforcement authorities as
the 5100 block of Westland Boulevard.

The accident is still under
investigation, however, it has been revealed that a Chevrolet Cobalt which was
travelling in an easterly direction on Westland Boulevard somehow drifted into

Bowen, who was driving a Cobalt, was
rushed to nearby Saint Agnes Hospital where she was officially pronounced dead.
