Arbutus Auto Accident Claims Woman’s Life

A woman identified by local law enforcement officers as 24 year old Jessica Lauren Bowen succumbed to injuries sustained in a car accident which occurred midweek in Arbutus during the morning hours. The accident site has been described by local law enforcement authorities as the 5100 block of Westland Boulevard.

Was Jessica Lauren Bowen on drugs? Her family will still need a Baltimore, MD accident lawyer since now they have to pay the financial consequences. Well, her insurance company will for sure.
The accident is still under investigation, however, it has been revealed that a Chevrolet Cobalt which was travelling in an easterly direction on Westland Boulevard somehow drifted into the west bound lanes of the Boulevard and ended up colliding almost head on into a Ram van, as reported by baltimoresun.com.

Bowen, who was driving a Cobalt, was rushed to nearby Saint Agnes Hospital where she was officially pronounced dead.

The Ram van driver was injured too although the extent of his injuries is unknown at the moment. He was transported to and is currently being treated University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center.

The crash remains under investigation, and it is not clear whether alcohol or drugs had anything to do with the accident. Any evidence collected will prove vital in any compensation claim for the accident or wrongful death lawsuit.

The larger vehicle won that battle as is normally the case.

Police Chase Gone Wrong, Eluding Driver Crashes into Innocent Woman and Kills Her

A woman identified as 66 year old Louise Donner has lost her life while she was probably just trying to make her way back home after a day’s work. The accident caused a huge traffic jam in Anne Arundel County during peak traffic hours, according to a CBS report.

The accident was caused by a runaway driver who while attempting to elude state police recklessly drove head on into the victim’s car at substantial speeds. The suspect in the case has also been identified in police reports as 31 year old Jonathan Simms from Baltimore.

The man has a long history of traffic violations and now faces serious charges of vehicular manslaughter. If convicted, and there is no reason why he shouldn’t be say Baltimore, MD accident lawyers, he will likely be sentenced to prison for several years. Many people believe it should be for at least 25 years.

Instead of pulling over as instructed by state law enforcement officers, the suspect accelerated to speeds of nearly 90 miles per hour and caused a horrific crash in which a woman, for no fault of hers, has lost her life. This itself will lead to additional charges, say accident attorneys in Maryland.

Jonathan Simms is in serious trouble and will need a Baltimore, MD accident lawyer badly.
The pursuit lasted a few minutes say law enforcement officers. The trooper that chased the suspect was quick to realize that the chase could end up in an accident and thus pulled away. However, the suspect continued to drive recklessly and ended up doing exactly what law enforcement were dreading would happen.

Now this suspect is going to pay criminally and financially. This is where Accident.USAttorneys.com comes into the picture. Donner’s family needs to click and call. Use that website to secure a legal representative to go after Simms and his family and take everything they own. Simm’s insurance company will be on the hook too. This website can be the salvation the Donner family needs.
