Criminal defense lawyer James Crawford
was assaulted by an employee of Orange County District Attorney’s (OCDA) office
after he won a case against the OCDA involving the infamous jailhouse snitch
scandal. The assault he claims took place on the 10th floor of the
court room hallway.
According to ocweekly.com Crawford was allegedly beaten
by the investigators of DA Tony Rackauckas who according to Crawford pummeled
him in the hallway giving him a swollen face and a bloody shirt. Crawford
explained that the incident happened during a heated exchange on who was
sleazier – prosecutors who hide important evidence and break constitutional
rights in order to win cases or criminal defense attorneys who expose jail house
snitches who cheat on fellow informants to get reduced sentences.
They both are unethical and wrong. America
hopefully can see that.
Crawford is filing a civil lawsuit for
personal injury. He has engaged a criminal defense lawyer named Jerry Steering
of Irvine who specializes in cases that involve police corruption. Steering
said that the investigator pushed him onto the floor and punched his client at
least 10 times. Ouch! A juror’s video has also surfaced showing the entire
incidence as it unfolded in the court house.

Feds
Reveal that Big-time Drug Dealer Gambled Millions at a Prominent Casino
Feds found 12 pounds of meth and 6½
pounds of heroin in the garage of 54 year old Patrick Brigaudin. He was charged
with conspiracy of distribute drugs. He was major player in a drug distribution
ring that operated in Springfield and had been found squandering millions in a
nearby Casino. That is not smart! Why not save the money? Did he think he was
going to lose all that money to some white supremacist outfit like Walter White
did?
According to News-leader.com he was a regular at
Downstream Casino located in Quapaw, Oklahoma. He loved to play high stakes at
the slot machines. Brigaudin fed the machines $10 million dollars between Jan
2009 to April 2015 and was able to gain back $8.4 dollars million from the
sessions. But the casino still came out on top as they usually do. Does he have
any money for his criminal defense lawyer which he will need right about now?
We will see.
Court documents show that Brigaudin was
termed as a large scale distributor of meth by the feds who operated in the
Missouri region. He was arrested Feb. 29th after two years of
investigation during which the authorities seized 50 pounds of meth.
The federal complaint described how the
bust that led to the Feb. 29th arrest happened. The authorities had
placed Brigaudin’s house under surveillance and had also earlier secured a
search warrant for the property. As soon as a dodge pickup entered the property
opening the gates to the garage, the raid began. In the raid, the feds are said
to have seized a huge amount of meth which was found in a hidden compartment in
the bed of the truck.
The operation involved agents of the
Drug Enforcement Administration, the IRS, Homeland Security, and the Springfield
Police Department. Three other members were also arrested from the house namely
Timothy Hall 54, Eduardo Diaz, 51, and Adrian Ortiz Corrales.
If
you have been accused of and arrested for any type of crime, what
you need is aggressive representation from a criminal defense lawyer. A
criminal arrest can be one of the most daunting experiences anyone can
encounter, and that includes a DUI arrest. Whether you are charged with
felony or misdemeanor, the legal consequences could be life changing. Your legal
representative will evaluate the evidence that the prosecution can use against
you and determine the right legal strategy that best suits the circumstances of
your case. So don’t wait. The writing is on the wall! You need legal help now!
