Pittsburgh police have reported that 25

in the fatal auto accident on August 14 that took the life of his passenger,
Maria Luevano. The five-vehicle accident took place on Saw Mill run Boulevard

As reported by post-gazette.com, he faces multiple charges
that include vehicular homicide and causing a car accident involving death

Dominguez was southbound in a Hyundai

result his car crossed the median, collided with two vehicles of which one in
turn collided with a fourth vehicle, and then crashed head-on into an SUV.
Incidentally, he was speeding at 99 mph
in a 35mph stretch on Saw Mill Run Boulevard. Luevano was rushed to Allegheny
General Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival. Dominguez also faced
additional charges of involuntary manslaughter and other vehicle code
violations, which can only increase the punishment and penalties, say Pittsburgh,
