It appears the mismanagement of the state of New York runs in all circles. New York is struggling because they refuse to allow oil shale development which is costing this state so much money in revenue and jobs it cannot be ascertained. New York is also struggling for many other reasons as well.

The massive backlog is causing unhappy couples to stay married to each other until the slow judicial system finally gets around to it. Over a shocking 4,500 divorce cases were yet to be finalized last year, which is a 10% increase since 2011.
