Thousands in Colorado could be affected by US Supreme Court’s Deadlock on Immigration

As many as 75,000 Coloradans find their future of remaining in the United States in limbo following the US Supreme Court’s deadlock on immigration that virtually put an end to President Obama’s illogical and unconstitutional executive actions on immigration. As reported by Colorado Public Radio, the justices’ 4-4 tie may not mean all of those affected will be deported but they their future is uncertain.

However, the president’s immigration policy did not go down well with Republicans who made every effort to put the DACA and DAPA programs on hold. 26 states challenged the president’s executive actions, citing that it exceeded the president’s authority and anyone who cares about this country or knows anything about it knows that we do not live in a dictatorship. USCIS Makes Change that Allows Immigrants to Skip Defending the Country in an Oath of Allegiance

Newsmax reports that Tom Tancredo, ex-Rep. of the Colorado House of Representatives, who served two terms went all out against an order by the Obama administration to permit immigrants to choose not to promise to defend America when the take the Oath of Allegiance as part of the naturalization process which is just another indication Obama just does not care about this country.

Colorado Springs, CO immigration lawyers say that the changes were announced on July 21^st, 2015 by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. However, Tancredo is of the opinion that Congress did nothing to stop it.
