Singer Don McClean and Wife Call it Quits

World famous singer-songwriter Don McLean and his wife, Patrisha McLean, have finally called it quits. As reported by nydailynews.com, the couple recently finalized their divorce, which came just six months after the 70 year old rocker whose song ‘American Pie’ was a major hit, was arrested on charges of domestic violence at their Maine home.

According to a spokesperson for Don McLean, reached a $10 million settlement and chose to set aside a premarital agreement. Incidentally, Nunes is 17 years senior to the author. This was Gilbert’s second marriage. She divorced her first husband at the age of 32.
