Rio Rico Man Taken into Custody for DUI Crash

The suspect in the car crash has been identified as 28 year old Diego Garcia. Garcia is now under arrest and is facing charges for driving under the influence, speeding, etc. after he struck a Mitsubishi sedan driven by an off duty border patrol agent, as reported by nogalesinternational.com.


The auto accident occurred just past midnight on Interstate 19 and Garcia was said to be driving at speeds higher than 100 miles per hour.
