Two Officers Placed On Suspension after Being Arrested for Drunk Driving

Two policemen from Janesville were suspended without pay after being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The suspended officers have been identified as Chad Sullivan and Bradley Rau, according to wrex.com. Both law enforcement officers were actually in Arizona on a recruitment assignment and instead decided to partake in drinking and driving.

Even police officers need to follow the law. Too bad Secretary of States do not but that is another story. There is no excuse why someone would choose to ride with someone they know is intoxicated.
Unwise! Unbecoming!

The actual drunk driver was Chad Sullivan who operated a rental car under the influence and Bradley Reid was a passenger in the car despite knowing that Sullivan was intoxicated. Flagstaff, AZ drunk driving accident lawyers from Janesville say both officers have in this way violated department policy.

Sullivan has been handed a suspension for 20 days without pay while Ray has received a 10 day suspension without pay. Furthermore, both officers will have to attend alcohol counseling and an alcohol assessment course.

Those types of classes are not very stimulating! They are about as interesting as hearing Nancy Pelosi speak. Hopefully Chad Sullivan and Bradley Rau learn their lesson.

A Woman from Valley Accused of Deadly Drunk Driving Crash Released without Bond

The family of a deceased victim of a drunk driving auto accident is infuriated and is looking for answers as to how a woman suspected of drunk driving and causing the fatal car accident in which their loved one lost his life has been allowed to walk free from jail until her hearing without even posting bond, as reported by Fox News.

Flagstaff, AZ drunk driving accident lawyers are needed for anyone who is hammered by a drunk driver. It does not matter if they apologize afterward, they need to pay because you have to now pay for many incoming and unexpected bills. You need to be made financially whole again and you need legal help to assist you in this noble endeavor.
The accident that killed two people occurred in the East Valley according to police reports. The two victims were stopped at a red light when a speeding car rear ended them with such great force that their car was knocked 165 feet through the intersection and finally through the wall of a circle K.

The suspect in the case has been identified as Cassie Sackrider and she confessed to having dozed off behind the wheel just moments prior to the deadly collision. The woman has an extensive criminal record which includes prostitution, burglary, robbery, and so on but the judge has ordered supervised release despite such a criminal history and this is what the victims' family cannot comprehend.
Some judges do not believe in prison – these judges are known to be liberal and side with the Democrats.

The judges reasoning for supervised release is that the release conditions are not meant to penalize or punish the suspect (who is still innocent until proven guilty) and are instead meant to only ensure that she returns back to court on the next scheduled hearing date. This is not common in such cases point according to Arizona drunk driving accident attorneys. Judges are supposed to use their logic. With logic like this, being automated like, why not have robots or computers as judges?

Republicans in Arizona are certainly siding with the family in this case. You see more of this type of irrational decisions in New York and California though overall.

If you mess up, do not make it worse.
Arizona Cop becomes Belligerent for not Receiving Blue Courtesy in DUI Stop

According to photographyisnotacrime.com, an Arizona police officer who was working at a DUI stop pulled over a car and discovered that the drunk driver in it was also another Arizona law enforcement officer, but went through with the arrest anyway (as he should have). The suspected officer has been identified as Rick Van Galder and he attempted to use his badge to talk himself out of the arrest, but to no avail.

When he was not treated with the blue courtesy he demanded, Galder, who had a BAC three times over the maximum legal limit, which is .08% in the state say Flagstaff, AZ drunk driving accident lawyers, is said to have become belligerent and condescending.

If you are involved in a drunk driving accident, the consequences could put a monkey wrench in the spokes of your future. Therefore, make sure to speak with an Arizona drunk driving accident lawyer today to get working on your defense. You do not have that much time to waste, or any!
