Some people do not know when enough is enough. Society then has to take command.
The motorist who caused the car accident has now been taken into custody for driving under the influence, as reported by latimes.com.

Law enforcement officers who were on patrol in the Placentia area the night of the auto accident heard what sounded to them like a car crash and immediately rushed to the car accident area and found that their suspicions were true. They found the woman and her two children unresponsive and unconsciously lying on the streets near the 800 Block of West La Jolla Street.

Paramedics who responded to the auto accident declared all three victims dead on the scene of the car accident.

The suspect has been identified as 27 year old Nicholas Stephen Munoz. He has been taken into custody and the other driver involved in the auto accident was interviewed and released by law enforcement officers. Charges of DUI vehicular homicide are likely in such cases, according to Los Angeles, CA drunk driving accident lawyers.

The deceased were identified by Isidro Ayala who said that the woman who was killed was his step daughter and the two girls who also lost their life were her children. The woman was identified as Patricia Ledezma and the girls as 5 year old Diane Ledezma and 8 year old Stephanie Ledezma.

The mother and the two daughters were supposedly making their way back home and were attempting to cross the street when they were struck by the impaired Munoz. California drunk driving accident attorneys point out that apart from an accident insurance claim, the victim’s estate will be eligible to file a wrongful death lawsuit and win compensation they rightfully deserve.

7 Year Old Girl Killed by Suspected Drunk Driver

A 7 year old girl was killed in a car accident that occurred earlier this week in which law enforcement officers believe alcohol was a factor, as reported by latimes.com. The auto accident also left the victim’s 13 year old sister and her father injured. The 13 year old is in a seriously critical condition while the father is believed to have sustained injuries of a moderate nature.

The victims were occupants in a Tesla Model S sedan and were in the carpool lane when a 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe went over the double yellow lines and rear ended the Tesla with substantial force. The impact sent the Tesla into a Honda Civic which was just ahead following which the Tesla became pinned between the two vehicles.

The driver of the 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe is not an asset to have in any community. How do you drive that badly?
