First off, Melania Trump is gorgeous and
when you look like that, you should be able to enter America very easily. What
country does not want pretty people in it? A ridiculous one if that was ever
the case.
When the Democrats led by incriminating email
deleting Hillary Clinton wanted to find a way to attack Donald Trump they seem
to have thought Melania Trump to be a soft target.
In their latest round of wanton
bickering they questioned her immigration
status and whether she entered the United States in accordance with the immigration
law in 1996. To begin with, aren’t the Democrats the ones who are protecting
illegal immigrants and offering freebies galore? So who are they to really be
concerned about the wife of potentially the next president of the United
States?
As reported by CNN,
Donald Trump and his wife have nothing to hide. Her immigration lawyer has
released a letter that should hopefully satisfy the hypocritical Democrats that
cannot run on the economy because President Obama has been strangling America
for years with high taxes and job killing regulations such as Dodd/Frank and
Obamacare. So Melania took the initiative to let everyone know the truth via
social media.
Her post on Twitter included a copy of a letter
from her attorney, Michael J. Wildes, stating that she complied with legal
process when she arrived in the USA unlike so many illegals who come to America
now just to take advantage of America’s kindness and to sign up for as many
free handouts as possible.
Immigration attorney points out the
truth
In the letter, Mrs. Trump’s immigration
attorney stated that he reviewed all the relevant paperwork pertaining to her
entry to the US following allegations that she worked illegally as a model while
on a visitor visa in 1995. Worked illegally as a model? That sounds like an
oxymoron. All models are welcome!
He reaffirmed that the accusations were
false and without merit. In fact, Mrs. Trump was not in the United States in
1995 and so there was no question of her having flouted any visa law. She first
entered the United States in 1996.
Remember, the 1990s was the decade when
Bill Clinton spent more money attacking Microsoft and cigarette companies then
he did Al Qaeda which led to 9-11. Al Qaeda was blowing up Americans all over
the world and Bill Clinton did almost nothing, pretty much nothing, about it.
Sort of like President Obama and ISIS. Democrats are not too concerned with
genuine threats.
Immigration lawyers explain that the
controversy arose when certain sections of the media posted photos of Mrs.
Trump from photo-shoots done in the 1990s. A New York Post article claimed
these photos were shot in New York City in 1995. However, all along Mrs. Trump
refuted those allegations which have hopefully been put to rest following her
lawyer’s statement on her legal status.

Legally entered the US in 1996 for the
first time
According to records, Mrs. Trump first
entered the US on August 27th, 1996 on a B-1/B-2 visitor visa and was
issued an H-1B visa by the US Embassy in Slovenia on October 18th,
1996. This authorized her to gain employment as a model, which she did so
between October 1996 and 2001 on a valid H-1B visas, following which she
obtained a green card.
Attorney Wildes also clarified that Mrs.
Trump self-sponsored herself and did not obtain her green card through
marriage. She was issued a green card on March 19th, 2001 and became
eligible for citizenship in 2006.
For the most part, Mrs. Trump had gone
all out to prove her critics wrong in the most respectful manner. Earlier on
February 29th, 2016 she told CNN's
Anderson Cooper that she came to the US in 1996 and flew back every few months
to Slovenia to get her visa stamped (incredible!). Later, she applied for a
green card and complied with US immigration law.
Mrs. Trump also told Cooper emphatically
that she did not just sneak into the country and remain here. Incidentally,
sneaking into the country is not something that the Democrats have been
bothered about given the extent they seem to have gone to appease illegal immigrants no
matter what they look like, no matter what their attitude is, no matter what
their character is, and no matter that they have nothing to offer to America.
So why are they so touchy about a potential first lady who entered the country
the legal way?
