Lawsuit Filed Against Nursing Home Alleges Owner Tried to Solicit Sex

The head of a nursing home based in Queens has been accused of sexual harassment in a lawsuit filed by nursing home abuse lawyers representing his alleged victims.

Nursing home abuse lawyers have seen it all. Make the call if you need one.
According to female employees and staffers of the nursing home the boss allegedly was a lewd, perverted man that tried every trick in the book including exchanging favors in order to have sex. He has been accused of even groping employees, passing sexually charged comments, etc., as reported by nypost.com. And because of the shortage of jobs in Queens and in New York, the employees remained around since they needed the job.

According to the lawsuit, when Wendy Wynter, a nurse at the facility requested a raise, what she got in return was horrifying. Supposedly, the defendant Aron Cytryn (who runs Haven Manor Health Care) asked her to meet him in a private space where he asked if she was up for a “little fun” and then started to feel her up against her will.

If something like this happens to you or if you know of a loved one that is being neglected in a nursing home, press right here Nursing-Home-Abuse.USAttorneys. This type of behavior needs to be squashed.

Nursing home boss wanted sexual favors from nurse in exchange for a raise

Shockingly, despite her protests, Cytryn then proceeded to drop his pants, underwear, and exposed his penis. Nursing home abuse attorneys are apoplectic about this. Cytryn, at this point, told Wynter that she would have to do him a favor if she wanted him to do her a favor and asked for a hand job from the 40 year old nurse.

Wynter was shocked and tried to get away from the room. Cytryn tried to follow her and tripped over since his pants were around his ankles. She was able to get away from the situation this time, but the abuse was far from over. Aron Cytryn must have watched Horrible Bosses one too many times.

Wynter continued to work in the nursing home as she did not have many other options at this point, as already stated the economy is pathetic because of Obamacare, high taxes, and so on, and Cytryn would grope her and feel her up whenever he was near her in a place where he knew security cameras would not record his grotesque behavior.

What tips the case in favor of the plaintiff here, according to nursing home abuse attorneys, is the fact that such complaints against the defendant are not solely from Wynter alone. Other female nurses/staffers have also lodged similar complaints in the past against Cytryn.

Cenralia nursing home prestige being sued for malpractice

A lawsuit filed against Centralia Nursing Home Prestige in Lewis County Superior Court will go to trial in November, according to a chronline.com report. The suit was filed earlier this year by a nursing home abuse lawyer representing the family of a patient that allegedly passed away as a result of failure on behalf of the nursing home to monitor her health.

The victim has been identified in the lawsuit as Bessie Ritter. Allegedly, the nursing home failed to keep a track of her bowel movements for an extended period of time up until the condition progressed to where she had to be taken in for emergency surgery which, sadly, she did not survive.

If your loved one has suffered due the negligence of a nursing home, then you are entitled to sue the nursing home and recover money for the damages incurred. Talk to a nursing home abuse lawyer today to find out how to go about doing this.
