Anti-American Immigrant Advocates Protest against Operation Border Guardian in Atlanta

50 immigrants and advocates vented their frustration over the detention and arrests of Central American mothers and children in the Atlanta area who many believe are just here to soak up free handouts from American tax payers.

According to thinkprogress.org, four immigrant advocates were arrested during the protest after they chained themselves to ladders at a busy Atlanta intersection. They challenged beleaguered President Obama to issue a suspension on deportations.

Immigration lawyers in Atlanta, GA and there is none better than Kuck Immigration Partners (www.immigration.net/), since they know immigration law as good as anyone in this country, state that the protests stemmed from the US Supreme Court’s decision to uphold the decision of a lower court to block the temporary deportation relief and work permits of potentially millions of unauthorized immigrants who bring very little, if anything, to the American table.

The protesters targeted the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Atlanta Field office which had arrested over one-third undocumented immigrants in a raid termed Operation Border Guardian. The objective of the raid was to round up teenagers who were in hiding following the issue of final removal orders in addition to those who had already lost their cases in the immigration court. Time to go back to your country and make a difference there. Get rid of your socialist dictators who are ruining your country.

America is in debt and is filled up. No more room for unskilled, non-English speaking immigrants who disrupt American classrooms. There is plenty of room though for people with tech, engineering, and other types of skills that American companies need.
One of the participants, Carlos Medina of the Georgia Latino Alliance for Human Rights claimed that they were merely defending the stability of their families and that President Obama had the power to stop any deportations. Carlos Medina wants Obama to act like a dictator which is exactly why these people left their home countries, they are tired of being ruled by dictators. Had the Obama administration not moved the courts to exercise their skewed policy on immigration reforms in the first place, people like Medina would not have had an excuse or be bold enough to carry out the protest.

Several high school teenagers arrested by ICE were still being detained and held at a detention center near Atlanta. Immigration attorneys in Atlanta, GA are paying close attention to this and the best in the industry belong to Kuck Immigration Partners.

Not surprisingly, the protestors found support from Democrat Rep. John Lewis who condemned the raids since he wants America to hand out food stamps and welfare to millions of illegals despite America drowning in debt. He claimed to have been deeply troubled by Operation Border Guardian. Other democrats to support Lewis included Reps. G.K. Butterfield (NC), Alma Adams (NC), and Hank Johnson (GA) who have no care for the rule of law nor the American tax payer.

GOP Lawmakers Pleased with US Supreme Court’s decision on President Obama’s Executive Actions

Meanwhile, Republicans had reason to celebrate as the US Supreme Court virtually put an end to President Obama’s immigration plan to potentially shield millions of unauthorized immigrants from deportation. According to ajc.com, the Obama administration was dealt a major blow in the highest court’s 4-4 vote. The lower court’s injunction order still stands since late Justice Antonin Scalia’s seat remains vacant.

Immigration lawyers in Atlanta, GA, and if you want the finest representation and want to do this the right way you need Kuck Immigration Partners on your side, point out that Georgia is among the 26 states that filed a petition to block the president’s executive actions. Attorney General Sam Olen said that the apex court’s action reaffirmed that President Obama could not in any way evade the Constitution.

GOP lawmakers were obviously pleased with the court’s ruling. Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis. was of the opinion that the Constitution made it clear that only Congress had the power to write laws and not the president alone. Even though President Obama wants this to be a dictatorship and in some cases, aka Obamacare, he has turned America into one, overall it is not. He claimed the court’s ruling to be major victory in the GOP’s fight to restore the separation of powers.

Meanwhile, the US welcomes people who wish to enter the country the legal route. If you need help with upgrading your immigration status, acquiring a green card or any other issue, make sure to reach out to a Georgia immigration lawyer as soon as possible.

America always has room for people with talent, drive, skills, and so on. And Kuck Immigration Partners will not stop until your dream is realized.
