Khloe Kardashian Claims She’s had Enough of Lamar Odom; Re-Files for Divorce

American entrepreneur and well known TV personality Khloe Kardashian has made no bones about wanting to move on in life. As reported by Daily Mail, the star recently re-filed for divorce from retired pro basketball player, Lamar Odom. She revealed her thoughts on one of the episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, her family’s reality show.

Los Angeles, CA divorce lawyers are right around the virtual corner. Click on one of the links below, more than one go to USAttorneys.com, and find yourself that legal salvation to help you escape this marriage that is draining you dry.
Khloe desires to start life afresh

The 31 year old claimed that their marriage was soon coming to an end and that she wanted the best for Lamar. Los Angeles, CA divorce lawyers point out that the couple separated in 2013 but their divorce proceedings were called off last year when Lamar collapsed at a Nevada brothel, which was attributed to a drug and alcohol overdose. However, Khloe feels this is the right time to start life anew and has filed for divorce. Just like everyone she too desires to remarry at some point and have children.

Lamar was hospitalized following the overdose and was given just 4 hours to live according to doctors. However, he regained consciousness three days after slipping into a coma and has since recovered rapidly. Merely two months after his near death experience Lamar has regained the ability to speak and walk on his own.

It is incredible, only a few years ago he was trying to start a fight with Dirk Nowitzki and playing like a thug in the NBA playoffs. Los Angeles, CA divorce lawyers do not know what to think about this story. They do hope Lamar finds religion or something to keep him grounded.

Khloe claimed she was frustrated since everyone seemed more concerned about Lamar than her own welfare and needed the marriage to end since it was depressing. She found support from her sister and mother of two, Kim Kardashian West, who said Khloe had missed out of plenty in life. But many people know that is not the case since she really has not ever had to work in her life. Her life has been very easy compared to the rest of humanity.

Relationship hits rock bottom

Since the shooting of the latest episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians things have reportedly taken a turn for the worse in Khloe and Lamar’s relationship. RadarOnline suggests that she is contemplating taking a restraining order on Lamar who she claims has called her names and accused her of breaking promises she made on his death bed.

On one occasion he is reported to have charged at her outside SoulCycle, a workout studio in Los Angeles, and demanded that she speak to him. Divorce attorneys in California suggest that such instances can only strengthen a divorce case.

Incidentally, people.com recently reported that Lamar did find some support from Kris Jenner, Khloe’s mother, where in one episode of the family’s reality show Jenner suggested that Lamar needed them as a family. An exasperated Khloe then asked her sister Kourtney why their mother was more on his side than hers. The report also suggests that Lamar was spotted drinking more than once in recent weeks, which could indicate that things are and were not looking good.

Hire a divorce lawyer

While Lamar Odom’s health has experienced a rapid recovery the same cannot be said about their marriage. Meanwhile, if you seem to be facing issues in the termination of your marriage and can’t seem to sort important matters such as alimony and child support with your spouse, you can always count on a divorce lawyer in California to make sure your rights are protected and you receive a fair settlement.
