The accident occurred at the
intersection of 500 South and 500 West in Salt Lake City, Utah.

the car and the motorcycle were headed south at the intersection in different

vehicle in front of the PT cruiser made an erratic change of lanes which
triggered a chain reaction. The PT cruiser swerved suddenly and was struck by
the Tacoma which then caused the cruiser to rollover and skid to a halt.
The auto crash occurred on Interstate 15
in the southerly lanes. The truck driver was hospitalized with minor to
