One woman has been taken into custody in
connection with a rollover accident that occurred in Malibu late last week. She

The identity of the child has been
withheld by local law enforcement authorities pending notification of the
family and parents of the little girl.
According to abc7.com, the suspect was
transported to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center by a helicopter for treatment
following which she was arrested. She has been identified as Magdalena Lisi of
Canoga Park who also sustained serious injuries stemming from the car collision.
The car accident site has been identified as Malibu Canyon Road just a mile or
two to the north of Seaver Road in the proximity of Pepperdine University.
The little girl, who also comes from
Canoga Park, was a passenger in the car and the relationship between the two of
them is yet to be ascertained. A vehicular homicide charge is most likely in addition

Convicted of Impaired Driving in Accident that Killed Her Child Sentenced to Prison
32 year old Brandy Lee Teague has been
handed a prison sentence of 13 years and four months for driving while under
the influence of methamphetamines and crashing her car which lead to the death
of one of her three children, Carlee Ramirez.
According to The San Diego Tribune, she was convicted in
March when a Grand Jury found her guilty on all counts.
Teague already has credit for over a
year served in prison while awaiting trial and sentencing and only has to serve
85% of the time that she has now been sentenced to.
