Three Suspects Taken into Custody for Alleged Hate Crime at UC Davis

Law enforcement officers at UC Davis (a marvelous school known for their medical program) have arrested three young men for perpetrating an assault which is said to have been a hate crime. The helpless victim of the physical attack was an African American woman who reported to law enforcement officers that she was attacked for no reason at all by several Caucasian males as she was making her way towards her residence which is located on campus in the proximity of the West Village neighborhood, as reported by The Davis Enterprise.

According to Police Chief Matt Carmichael, the men flung objects at the woman and beat her up while yelling out racist slurs. Law enforcement officers were quick to respond to the emergency call and were able to apprehend the suspects not too far from where the attack took place. None of the men were actually students of UD Davis. Of course not! They were probably educated though in the failing public educational system America has in place though.

The suspects have also been identified as 24 year old Lonny Doyal Lee, 22 year old Justin Sheppard, and 22 year old Jake Lee. They are all from West Sacramento which is a part of California that is not appealing – another crime infest community because of the lack of jobs in this high tax state. Jake Lee only faces charges of public intoxication. However, the other two men have been slapped with battery, public intoxication, and hate crimes, which criminal defense lawyers say qualify as misdemeanor crimes similar to most first time DUI convictions. It is still not a wonderful position to be in though.

Linda Katehi, a UC Davis chancellor, also addressed the attack in a detailed statement where she expressed her strong disapproval of what had transpired and also the disapproval of the university as a whole against such hate crimes. She vowed that anybody that perpetrated such hate crimes on UC Davis grounds would surely be held accountable for their actions and punished to the full extent of the law. Is this the same law that allows sanctuary citizens to exist Linda?

Furthermore, according to criminal defense attorneys, campus leaders also urge students that want to talk about incident or any other such incidents to approach either UCD’s Center for African Diaspora Students or Student Health and Counseling Services. If you want to look at the big picture, even West Sacramento is safer for blacks than most of Africa is. Have you seen Blood Diamond?!

But people that act like this should be punished. They are the ones who probably did not work hard in high school.
