Multiple Crashes in Front of West Miffin House in 6 Months

A house on Brierly Lane in West Miffin, just a couple of miles from McKeesport, bore witness to an accident for a third consecutive time in 6 months. The latest crash happened early Monday morning when the driver of a pickup truck landed in the front yard of the house after losing control of the vehicle and hitting the guard rail, as reported by wtae.com.

Mr. Bolster who is the resident of that house said he was just about to go to bed when he heard a loud crash in his front yard. He said that he looked out and found a large car lodged in his yard, something Bolster had grown use to in the past few months.

He should put some 1 ton boulders in the front of his house. He should order those and have them delivered for protection. Many people believe there are many other people who should do the same thing in America.

According to Mr. Bolster the accident always (get some large boulders) happened on Friday and Saturday nights when people are drinking and driving. The vehicles speed down the road and fail to negotiate the turn landing in his yard instead. He also told reporters that last September a similar incident happened when a car barged through the adjoining retainer wall and hit the gas line.

The car simply went through his yard and sheared off the gas meter which had to be removed and reinstalled elsewhere after the accident. Police are investigating the accident and trying to figure out the reason behind the crash. The driver is being treated for injuries in a hospital.

McKeesport, PA DUI lawyers caution that drunk drivers can face serious charges especially since Act 24 was passed in 2003 where the legal limit was lowered to 0.08% and alcohol treatment was added to the penalty package.

35 year Old Woman Charged with Vehicular Homicide after Fatal Crash in Western Pennsylvania

In 2013, a fatal DUI crash took the life of 25 year old Andrew Vrabel. The woman who was driving the vehicle in which Vrabel was a passenger was later charged with vehicular homicide, as reported by wtrf.com.

Prosecutors reveal that Shawna Courie had a blood alcohol level of .211 which is more than twice the legit limit when her car hit a tree. Vrabel died due to smoke inhalation as the car caught fire.

According to her legal representative the accident may have happened due to a glitch in the braking and the steering system. But prosecutors claim that she was clearly intoxicated and later she also admitted she had consumed alcohol before getting behind the wheels. Once again, DUI attorneys in Western Pennsylvania reiterate that a BAC of .211% is categorized in the highest level of the three BAC levels, which has also played a major role in her DUI conviction.

Legal Help is Required

Additionally, the judge may sentence you to 6 months in prison – you should certainly treat the judge and the court with respect. McKeesport, PA DUI lawyers know that these penalties are for first time offenders. The penalties are harsher for repeat offenders.
