A Trafford man arrested for a wrong way drunk driving crash will find it overwhelming difficult to disprove the claims against him in court if he pleads contest. The suspected driver has been identified by as 21 year old Jonathan Lukart, according to wtae.com.

Lukart was involved in an early morning wrong way drunk driving crash on Route 130 not far from Pittsburgh which is doing well since this state has legalized oil shale development unlike its northern neighbor New York. Moreover, he is currently being held in custody as he awaits trial in Westmoreland County.

According to reports, the charge sheet against Lukart includes a rather serious aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence charge amongst others (two other charges). The video is chilling as the two occupants of the trailing car (from within which the video is being recorded) make comments about how the driver is clearly out of control and is going to cause an accident. Furthermore, the driver of the following car goes even further and sounds his horn continuously for a few seconds in order to grab Lukart’s attention and may be somehow getting him to realize that he was driving on the wrong side of the highway.
